I’ve been working on understanding and closing gaps my whole life. For over 40 years I’ve been studying and researching success and using my learnings and experiences to help people just like you win at what matters most to them.

I understand what both drives and frustrates us is unrealized ambition and dreams. Life is an endless loop of aspirations, success and failure.  What I’ve found is we can get stuck, frustrated and confused in any one of these three places.

We get stuck and remain stuck when we try to figure out and close the gaps on our own. I’ve found consistently that gaps rise when we lack of clarity about who and what is important in our lives.

As my career took me from an overmatched, 29 year old, V.P. of sales of a $500MM privately held distribution company to a Group Vice President of a Fortune 50 company, I was constantly wrestling with how to be an effective leader, husband, and father.
